Kymberly Taylor
Executive Director
Ms. Kymberly Taylor holds a Bachelor in Psychology and Master’s Degree in Instructional and Curriculum Design as well as a Master’s in Educational Counseling. She has been in the field of education for the past 30 years. Through her tenure in education, she had taught at all levels, been a school counselor, and held administrative positions. Being a Guidance Counselor opened the doors for her to receive her Marriage and Family Therapist Degree from California Baptist University. Combining her degrees widened the population she could serve on a daily basis. Currently Kymberly Taylor is the Founder and CEO of TaylorMade Agency which is the premiere organization of Independent Educators that team together to transform lives and provide innovative solutions through educational advice to students and families. Kymberly also is the founder and Director of Kids Youth Mentorship Services Incorporated, which is a Non-Profit Organization mentoring young people. Her passion is connecting all the stakeholders together in order to produce the best possible outcomes.
Jami Williams
Assistant Director
A native Californian, Jami’s passion for working with youth,
specifically at risk youth, began shortly after graduating from college. Although receiving a BA Degree in Communications, Jami took a job out of college as a counselor at a group home. It was there her focus shifted from working in television and film, to working with children in need. That passion spanned over the next 27 years as she went on to work as a public servant for the San Bernardino County Probation Department. Over the course of 27 years Jami has worked tirelessly in conjunction with the Juvenile Justice System (Courts), Department of Behavioral Health, Children and Family Services and with Schools advocating for children in need.
In (year), Jami was introduced to KYMS Inc. Drawn to the
mission of KYMS Inc to improve the quality of life for children in our community through education, scholarships, mentoring programs, and other varied programs, Jami joined the team and became the Vice President. It was then her passion for charitable work truly began. Jami was able to provide leadership skills, knowledge of the community to be serviced and organizational skills to KYMS Inc. Jami’s desire, much like KYMS Inc, is to provide at risk youth and youth in need with skills and resources to become healthy productive community members. Jami continued her education and received a Master’s in Criminal Justice.
Britni LeBan
Finance Director
Britni Le Ban is a dedicated special education teacher with a passion for helping students reach their full potential. With a master's degree in special education. Britni brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the classroom. She specializes in autism spectrum disorders, learning disabilities, and social/emotional disabilities. Britni is committed to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students can thrive. In addition to teaching, Britni enjoys serving her community and advocating for those who can't advocate for themself.
Twina Brown
Community Connection Director
Twina Brown is the Owner/Executive Chef of Mama T’s Food for the Soul. She has been in the food service industry for over twenty-seven years. She hold a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Phoenix and a the Serve Safe Certification from the National Restaurant Association. Mama T’s has been in operation for five years serving the Inland Empire. She provides customers with an exceptional dining experience with American Soul Cuisine and extraordinary customer service. Twina also has been a board member for Kids Youth Mentorship Services Inc. for the past 15 years. She also serves a Hospitality Leader at New Direction Community Church. Ms. Brown is married to Eric Borwn and they have one child Keith Brown
